Support that’s right for you
At REST we’re all about you and your needs. We’re here to support you, wherever you are on your journey.
If you are currently receiving care from a mental health professional and would like them to refer you, ask them to complete the professional referral form.
If not, you can access support by calling the NHS 111 option 2 service.
Our central Norwich REST hub is now open where you can drop in for support, information or just to enjoy our community cafe.
How you can access REST
Step 1
Call the NHS 111 option 2 service to speak to someone, any time of night or day
Step 2
You’ll be able to speak to a qualified mental health clinician and tell them how you’re feeling
Step 3
The clinician will listen and help you get the support that’s right for you. If you and the clinician agree that REST is for you, you’ll be referred to us
